Passenger transport in chauffeur-driven cars is regulated in Monaco. These cars are driven by certified drivers who hold a professional chauffeur's card and have the necessary qualifications. These authorized personnel comply strictly with social and tax laws, as well as current labor legislation. Vehicles and drivers are subject to regular checks by the relevant authorities.

General terms and conditions

Prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. They include the driver's service and the costs, kilometers and time incurred for the use of the vehicle, with the exception of customized transport services as described in the special conditions. The number of passengers and the volume of luggage transported determine the capacity of the vehicle. SERVICE PRESTIGE MONTE CARLO is expressly exempt from liability in the event of failure by the passenger to comply with transport regulations. Any fines, penal sanctions or damage to property or personal injury resulting from such non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Special conditions

Transport services corresponding to transfers are calculated according to the SERVICE PRESTIGE MONTE CARLO public price list. Multiple transport services are invoiced in accordance with an estimate drawn up in advance, taking into account the following elements: type of vehicle, hourly rate, maximum mileage included, plus any additional charges and allowances (tolls, parking, additional kilometers, allowances for the driver for meals, nights, Sundays, public holidays, etc. This list is not exhaustive). These additional charges are subject to prior information provided to the customer by the sales department. No discount or commission will be granted on any compensation or expenses not subject to tax. Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time.

The absence of the passenger(s) at the time of pick-up will be invoiced in full to the customer.

Terms of payment

Payment for the transport service is made before it is carried out. Any deferred payment must be negotiated with the sales department before the transport is carried out. In this case, any advance payments received are non-refundable. In addition, any payment made after the due date indicated on the invoice will result in the application of late payment penalties based on three times the legal rate in force, in accordance with legal provisions. It is expressly agreed that any disputes arising from this document shall be referred to the Court of First Instance of Monaco, or to any other jurisdiction at SERVICE PRESTIGE MONTE CARLO's sole discretion.
