All bookings must be confirmed by a full pre-payment of the service. This pre-payment can be made by credit card via a secure link or the PayPal website.
In order to best ensure the quality of the service, we ask you to give us the mobile phone number of the passenger(s).
The details of your driver (name and phone number) will be communicated to you on the day before the service.
The cancellation conditions are as follows:
• Less than 48 hours before the service, 80% of the service will be invoiced.
• Less than 24 hours before, 100% of the service is invoiced.
